In verband met wegwerkzaamheden rondom de Vrijheidsdreef is onze locatie Fanny Blankers-Koen slecht bereikbaar. Ook is het de komende dagen erg druk op het park met sportwedstrijden van de verenigingen en maandagavond speelt Almere City ook nog een thuiswedstrijd. Hou dus rekening met flinke vertraging en dus extra reistijd. U kunt het sportpark alleen bereiken via de kant van de Vrijheidsdreef vanaf het centrum. U mag doorrijden bij de bij de eerste borden die u tegenkomt. Uiteindelijk komt u bij een nieuwe rotonde ter hoogte van Discuslaan. Deze neemt u driekwart en vervolgens slaat u direct rechtsaf het fietspad op. (volg bord F). Dit fietspad is tijdelijk eenrichtingsverkeer voor auto’s. Let op er zijn ook nog fietsers aanwezig!  Aan het einde van dit fietspad komt u op de Marathonlaan en kunt u linksaf naar Van Rheenen Sport.  

Bij uw vertrek van Van Rheenen Sport slaat u als u de parkeerplaats verlaat rechtsaf en dan bij de eerste drempel (direct na het politiecentrum) rechtsaf het fietspad op. Dit fietspad is ook tijdelijk eenrichtingsverkeer voor auto’s. Let op hier fietsen ook fietsers, ook bij de kruising. Aan het einde kunt u linksaf en dan doorrijden tot u weer bij de nieuwe rotonde bent. Hierbij nog een kaartje waarbij wij geprobeerd hebben het weer te geven. Let op: De route via Tussenring/Almere Buiten is dicht. Onze locatie op de Fanny Blankers-Koen is alleen bereikbaar via Randstad of Rembrandtweg.

Due to roadworks around Vrijheidsdreef, our Fanny Blankers-Koen location is difficult to reach. It will also be very busy at the park in the coming days with sports matches from the clubs, and on Monday evening Almere City will also have a home game. So please allow for significant delays and extra travel time. You can only access the sports park from the Vrijheidsdreef side coming from the center. You may continue driving at the first signs you encounter. Eventually, you will reach a new roundabout near Discuslaan. Take three-quarters of the roundabout and then immediately turn right onto the bike path (follow sign F). This bike path is temporarily one-way for cars. Be aware that there are also cyclists present! At the end of this bike path, you will reach Marathonlaan and can turn left to Van Rheenen Sport.

When leaving Van Rheenen Sport, turn right when you exit the parking lot, and then at the first speed bump (just after the police station), turn right onto the bike path. This bike path is temporarily one-way for cars. Be aware that cyclists also use this path, including at the intersection. At the end, you can turn left and then continue until you reach the new roundabout again. Here is a map where we have tried to illustrate this.
